    What we’re doing is what is called an Impact Analysis. It is a method to better understand what each employee believes their individual impact on PDC is -  AND on its success. It will help determine what YOUR belief systems are about the company and your place in the company. It will also help us better understand how YOU feel YOU “show up” to your job (and consequently to the company).

    Before we get started, I need to get a little bit of information from you please.

  • Ok, let's get started.  There are only two questions that I am going to ask, and I need you to provide me the most thoughtful responses possible.

    Question #1) With as much detail as possible, “What is the positive impact you believe you have on PDC?”

    Examples of these could be as simple as:

    • I think I am a positive person in general
    • I think I bring energy and a good attitude
    • I try to do the best I can
    • Working with me fun
    • I think I’m very organized
    • I don’t feel I need much direction
  • Question #2) With as much detail as possible, “What is the negative impact you believe you have on PDC?”

    Examples of these could be as simple as:

    • My lack of knowledge in the industry
    • Even though I’ve been here a while (and learned allot), there’s still so much more to learn
    • I am outspoken and that can be inappropriate at times
